The Cape on Kiawah Island

Pleasant Places, Inc. proudly served as a trade partner for Trident Construction, the General Contractor on the landmark project The Cape On Kiawah. As our largest project to date in both scope and budget, it highlights our capability to deliver exceptional results through teamwork and precision.

Our scope included the installation of lush, mature plantings and native species to enhance the landscape's immediate ascetic and enviroment. The project featured complex, modern hardscaping techniques and multitude of bases, paver materials, oyster tabby concrete, bluestone, and granite. Amenities included bike racks, benches, beach showers, foot wash stations, and BBQ stations, blending form and function seamlessly to create a vibrant outdoor environment.
