Spring Seminar 2025: A Strong Start to a New Tradition

On March 19, we hosted our Inaugural Spring Seminar at the Harbour Club at Westedge—and thanks to our vendors, partners, and guests, it was a resounding success. With sweeping views of the Charleston skyline, great conversation, and valuable insights from our trusted vendors, the evening was a reminder of the power of relationships and shared knowledge within our industry.
“This event was a simple idea that came from wanting to give something back—to show who we are and who we’re proud to work with. We’re grateful to our vendors for showing up strong and to our partners for trusting us to be part of their success.” — C.O.O., Palmer Artigues

Attendees from across the Lowcountry—including property management companies, HOAs, and municipal partners, joined us to connect, learn, and celebrate a new season of growth.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better turnout or a better group of people. I’m truly thankful for everyone who showed up, participated, and made our first Spring Seminar something special. We’re proud of the work we do—and it’s even better when we get to share it with good people.” — President, Gilly Artigues

From conversations around court resurfacing and organic lawn care to exploring sustainable landscaping materials and tree management, our vendors brought the expertise—and our guests brought the curiosity.

We’re already looking forward to next year.
