| Pleasant Places has had a presence on Seabrook since 1995. We have been responsible for new construction efforts as well as the maintenance of numerous projects in communities throughout the island. We have a satellite office located on Seabrook and have developed a reputation for excellence with multiple property management companies, HOAs and POAs over the last 20 years. In 1997 we were honored when the Town Director recognized Pleasant Places for the outstanding work we accomplished during Phase IV of Seabrook Island’s development. This involved the completion of a large-scale job in a short time frame with a seemingly endless list of obstacles.
